It’s rich. comforting and delicious, and it’s the perfect dish to make for your special someone. 🥰 Ingredients: 1 tin Gold Seal Wild Mackerel in Olive Oil 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 tbsp Red onion, finely diced 2 cloves of garlic, minced ⅓ cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped ½ cup Vegetable stock 1 cup Heavy cream ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chilli flakes ¼ tsp dried oregano, and ¼ tsp dried thyme 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves, torn Directions: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta according to the box instructions.
